Overview
Herbalist is a clean, user-first platform designed to make medical cannabis more accessible and trustworthy. Built with a minimal, welcoming design and a focus on clear navigation, Herbalist empowers users to find the care they need confidently and easily.
The Challenge
Although access to medical cannabis has grown, users often face confusing information, hard-to-navigate platforms, and a lack of trusted resources. Many end up self-medicating without proper guidance, a risky and time-consuming process.
What I Did
Recruited users via Slack and conducted usability testing
Identified pain points in navigation, clarity, and checkout flow
Redesigned key experiences based on real user insight
Impact
Users completed tasks faster and with fewer mistakes
Feedback showed higher user trust and satisfaction
